Bulk Import - Members and/or Course Enrollments

This section explains about the process of bulk import - members and/or course enrollments

You can now import all your Members with their related data and the course enrollments to FreshLearn in just a few clicks.

Let's see the step-by-step process below.

  • Prepare the CSV file which you want to import. The CSV file should contain the following labels in sequence in the first row.
    • FirstName
    • LastName
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Location
    • CourseId
    • PlanId
    • PurchaseDate

  • Mandatory Fields for Member Import are
    • FirstName
    • LastName
    • Email

  • Mandatory Fields for Course Enrolments are
    • FirstName
    • LastName
    • Email
    • CourseId
    • PlanId
    • PurchaseDate. It should be in DD-MM-YYYY format.

  • Course id is present under the course name

  • Plan Id is present in the plans section of the course

  • Once the sheet is ready, it will look something like this

  • Login to Admin Portal. Navigate to Members. You will see an upload icon on the top right corner (besides create member button)

  • Just upload the file you just prepared, and in some time, the Members and enrolments will be imported into FreshLearn.

Important Points

  • Use Google sheets to create the data and then download the sheet as CSV. You will find this option in File -> Download as CSV

  • Once Imported, the members will get the welcome email (Priority: If you have created your welcome email in settings -> custom email templates, then it will go. Else our default template will go.
