Custom email templates allow you to send personalized and automated emails to your enrolled members. With FreshLearn, you can edit, activate, or deactivate different types of member notifications, ensuring seamless communication with your learners.
This guide will walk you through the process of setting up and customizing email templates in FreshLearn.
1️⃣ Log in to your FreshLearn account.
2️⃣ Click on Settings from the left menu.
3️⃣ Navigate to Member Notifications on the right-hand side.
4️⃣ Here, you will see a list of automated email notifications sent to your enrolled members.
5️⃣ You can activate or deactivate any email as per your preference.
6️⃣ Click on any email to edit and customize the message.
7️⃣ The built-in email editor allows you to modify the email content easily.
8️⃣ Use placeholders to personalize messages with details like the member’s name, course details, etc.
9️⃣ Once you have customized the message, click Update to save your changes.
🔟 If you want more control over the structure, click on Create Template under the Advanced Features section.
