Hosting a one-time virtual or offline session? FreshLearn's Masterclass feature makes it easy to set up engaging workshops or meetings with your audience—whether it’s for training, marketing, or community building.

Step 1: Start Creating Your Masterclass

  • From your FreshLearn dashboard, go to Products > Masterclass.
  • Click on Create Masterclass.

 

Step 2: Add Basic Details

  • Title: Enter the name of your Masterclass.
  • Thumbnail: Upload an image to visually represent the event.

 

Step 3: Set Date, Time & Location

  • Start and End Date & Time: Specify when your event begins and ends.
  • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone for your audience.

 

Event Location Options:

You have three types of event location choices:

  • In-Person: Select this if you’re hosting an offline event and add the Google Maps link.
  • Virtual Link: If it’s an online event, paste your meeting link (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Zoom Integration: If you’ve connected Zoom with FreshLearn, you can generate a meeting link directly from here.

 

Step 4: Describe the Event

  • Use the event description field to provide information about what your Masterclass is about, what learners can expect, and any other key details.

 

Step 5: Add Hosts

  • Your name will appear as the host by default.
  • You can also add additional hosts by clicking on the host section.

 

Step 6: Set Pricing

  • You can choose to create either a Free Plan or a Paid Plan.
  • For a paid session, define the price your attendees need to pay.
  • Once done, click Save.

 

Step 7: Marketing Settings

  • Under the Market tab:
    • Edit the URL to make it short and clean (e.g., freshlearn.com/masterclass/your-event-name).
    • Add a Meta Description to help with SEO when sharing the link on social platforms or search engines.

Click Save once you're done.

 

Step 8: Publish Your Masterclass

  • Once all your event details are set, click on Publish.
  • Share the event URL with your audience to start receiving registrations.
