Assessments help you evaluate how much your learners have understood from your course. With FreshLearn, you can easily create customized quizzes and add them to your courses or share them independently.

Getting Started

1. Go to the Products tab in your FreshLearn dashboard.

2. Click on Assessments.

3. Click on Create Assessment.

4. You will be given two options:

  • Create with AI
  • Build Manually

5. Select Build Manually to enter your questions manually.

6. Add a Title for your assessment

 

Adding Questions to Your Assessment

1. Click on Add Question.

2. Enter your question in the provided field.

3. You can also add media to your question — images, videos, or audio files.

4. Under Answer Type, choose one of the following:

  • Single Choice
  • Multiple Choice
  • Short Answer

5. Choose whether you want the answer options to be:

  • Text-based
  • Image-based

6. Enter the answer options and select the correct one.

7. Optionally, add an explanation for the answer to provide additional learning.

8. Click Save to add the question.

You can repeat this process to add more questions.

 

Additional Features

1. You can embed images and videos in questions.
2. To reorder questions, use the arrow icons.
3. Use the clone icon to duplicate a question.
4. Use the edit icon to modify any existing question.

 

Adding Assessments to a Course

1. Go to Products > Courses.
2. Select your course and go to the module where you want to insert the quiz.
3. Click Create Chapter, and select the Quiz option.
4. Choose the assessment you’ve created from the list.

 

Sharing Assessments Independently

If you want to share an assessment as a standalone quiz:

1. Go to Products > Assessments.
2. Click on the assessment.
3. At the top, click on the Share icon.
4. Copy the shareable URL and distribute it to your learners.
