However, previously issued certificates are platform-specific and cannot be transferred. Learners may need to retake the course to receive new certificates within FreshLearn.

 

Question: Can I upload a file larger than 2GB?

Answer: FreshLearn supports individual file uploads of up to 2GB. For larger files, we recommend compressing or splitting the files or hosting them externally (such as on Vimeo or YouTube) and embedding the link into your course content.

Answer: FreshLearn allows you to create dedicated landing pages or website pages within the platform. However, direct embedding of a full course onto an external webpage is not supported.

Answer: After enrolling students, assign them to a community via Community > Members. To guide them, share the community link directly or create a lesson inside your course explaining how to join. You can also auto enrol the students into the group. This way, whoever enrolls in the course will get access to the group. To do that, go to Courses > Settings > Rules > Auto enrol members to community.
