Accessing Email Templates

1. Log in to your FreshLearn account.
2. From the Dashboard, navigate to Marketing > Email Template.

Creating and Editing an Email Template

You’ll see two options:

1. Use a pre-designed template – Select and customize from the available templates.
2. Start from scratch – Create a blank template tailored entirely to your needs.
 

Customizing Your Template:

1. Click on any part of the template to edit text, images, or layout.
2. Double-click to enter edit mode for specific elements.
3. You can also drag and drop blocks to change the layout structure.
4. Add components such as:
  • Banner
  • Image
  • Text
  • Social media icons

Customize every block with relevant content and adjust structure as needed.

Creating and Sending an Email Campaign

After saving your template, follow these steps:

1. Return to Email Campaigns under the Marketing section.
2. Click Create Campaign.

  • Sender email address
  • Sender name
  • Reply-to email
 

Selecting Your Template:

1. Under Email Content, choose the saved template.
