Creating a Community

1. Navigate to Community Settings

  • Go to the Products section.
  • Click on Community.
  • Select Go to Community.

2. Customizing Your Community:

  • Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  • You can customize the Community Name and Description.
  • Upload a Community Banner Image.
  • Configure Invite Settings to enable or disable member invitations.
  • Set up Community Reward Points to incentivize engagement.
  • Adjust Notification Settings to control email alerts for member activities, such as posts and comments.

 

Setting Up Pricing for the Community

FreshLearn allows you to offer community access as a free or paid product. Follow these steps to configure pricing:

1. Selling Community Access Individually:

  • Create a Paid Plan for the community.
  • You can choose between a one-time payment or a subscription-based plan.

2. Including Community Access in a Course:

  • Set the community as part of the course using the free plan.
  • This allows all enrolled course members to access the community without an additional charge.

 

Creating a Collection in the Community

1. Navigate to the Community Section:

  • Click on Create Collection.
  • Enter a Collection Name and Description.
  • Click Save.

2 . Configuring Collection Pricing:

  • Assign a pricing model by selecting a free, one-time, or subscription-based plan.
  • Click Save to apply the pricing settings.
  • If needed, share the collection’s pricing link with members.

 

Creating a Group within a Collection

1. Adding a Group:

  • Under the collection, click No Group.
  • Enter the Group Name.
  • Write a Group Description.
  • Click Save.

2. Setting Group Pricing:

  • If required, you can assign a pricing plan to the group within the collection.
