Setting the right pricing for your course is essential for reaching the right audience and generating revenue. FreshLearn allows you to create up to five active pricing plans per course, giving you the flexibility to offer different access models to your learners.

Steps to Add Pricing to a Course

Step 1: Navigate to the Course

  • Go to your FreshLearn dashboard.
  • Click on Products > Courses.
  • Select the course you want to set pricing for.
  • Go to the Pricing tab.

 

Step 2: Add a Free Plan

To offer the course for free:

  • Click on Add Plan.
  • Select the Free option.
  • Fill in the necessary details and click Save.

 

Step 3: Add a One-Time Payment Plan

  • Click on Add Plan.
  • Choose the One-Time option.
  • Fill in the following details:
    • Plan Name
    • Amount
    • Currency
  • If you want to display a discounted price, enable the “Strike-through” option and add the original amount.
  • Set an expiry period (e.g., 365 days means learners get access for one year).
  • Under Product Information, add any course-related details that should appear on the checkout page.
  • In Additional Fields, enable any custom fields you'd like to collect from learners during checkout.
  • Click Save.

 

Step 4: Add a Recurring Plan

  • Click on Add Plan.
  • Choose the Recurring option.
  • Enter:
    • Plan Name
    • Amount
    • Frequency – Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly billing.
    • Iterations – This determines how many times the payment will repeat (e.g., “3” means the user pays for 3 months).
  • Click Save.
