Steps to Create Modules and Chapters

1. Access Your Course

  • Log into your FreshLearn account.
  • Click on Products in the dashboard.
  • Select Courses and choose the course where you want to add modules and chapters.

 

2. Adding a Module

  • Inside the selected course, you will see that the curriculum is structured using modules and chapters.
  • Click the Add Module button.
  • The module will be created and updated immediately in your course structure.
  • You can create as many modules as needed.

 

3. Adding Course Content to Chapter

  • Select a Chapter to edit.
  • Choose the type of content you want to add:
    • Video (from media library, direct upload, YouTube URL, or Vimeo URL)
    • Audio
    • Documents
    • Quizzes
    • Assignments
    • Live Classes
    • Embedded Content (Google Forms, Google Sheets, interactive videos, or third-party content via iFrame)
  • Configure video settings:
    • Enable Progress Bar.
    • Set options for Forward, Rewind, and Playback Speed.
    • Define a Mandatory Viewing Percentage to ensure learners watch a required portion before proceeding.
  • Add additional details such as Descriptions and Downloadable Files to complement the chapter.
  • Within each module, you can add multiple chapters.
  • Click the Add Chapter button under the module where you want to add content.
  • The chapter will be created instantly within the selected module.
  • Repeat the process to add additional chapters as required.
