Steps to Add a Certificate to Your Course

Step 1: Navigate to the Certificate Section

  • Go to your FreshLearn dashboard.
  • Click on Products > Courses.
  • Select the course you want to add a certificate to.
  • Go to the Certificate tab.

 

Option 1: Use a Pre-Built Certificate Template

  • Click Pick a Template.
  • Choose from a variety of ready-made certificate designs.
  • After selecting a template, you will see a preview on the right and customization options on the left.
 

Customize Your Certificate:

  • Text: Modify the wording on the certificate.
  • Personalization: Enable or disable details like learner name, course title, etc.
  • Signatories: Add your name, designation, and signature to make the certificate look more official.
  • Logo: Upload your academy or company logo.
  • Design: Customize the background and border color to match your branding.

Once you’re done customizing, click Save.

Make sure to enable the certificate after saving.

 

Option 2: Upload Your Own Custom Certificate Design

  • Click Edit Certificate, then click Change Template.
  • Select Upload your Design.
  • You'll now see a space to write your own HTML code for a fully custom certificate design.

 

Additional Customization Options:

  • Use Placeholders to dynamically display user and course information in the certificate (e.g., {{user_name}}, {{course_name}}).
  • Set a certificate expiry date under Personalization.
  • Add signature details and update your logo as needed.
  • After entering the HTML and making customizations, click Update to save your design.
