Steps to Bulk Upload Members to a Product Bundle

Step 1: Prepare the Google Sheet

  • Open Google Sheets
  • Add the following mandatory columns:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Product Bundle ID
    • Plan ID
    • Purchase Date

Step 2: Find the Product Bundle ID & Plan ID

  • Find Product Bundle ID
    • Go to Admin Dashboard → Products → Product Bundles
    • Click on the Product Bundle
    • Copy the Product Bundle ID from under the bundle name
  • Find Plan ID
    • Under Pricing, locate the Plan ID
    • Copy and paste it into your sheet
  • Enter the Purchase Date in the correct format

 

Step 3: Upload the CSV File to FreshLearn

  • Download the Google Sheet as CSV
    • Click File → Download → CSV format
  • Go to Admin Dashboard → Members
  • Click Bulk Upload
  • Select the CSV file and click Upload

 

Step 4: Map Fields & Save

  • Map the column headings in your file with FreshLearn fields:
    • First Name → First Name
    • Last Name → Last Name
    • Email → Email
    • Product Bundle ID → Product Bundle ID
    • Plan ID → Plan ID
    • Purchase Date → Purchase Date (Ensure correct date format)
  • (Optional) Add tags for easier filtering
