Bulk uploading members to a Community Group allows you to add multiple users quickly without manual entry. This guide will walk you through the process of preparing your file, importing members, and ensuring a smooth upload.

Step 1: Prepare a Google Sheet

  • Open Google Sheets.
  • Create columns with the following field names:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Community ID
    • Group ID
    • Community Plan ID
    • Group Plan ID
    • Purchase Date

 

Step 2: Find Community and Group IDs

  • Find Community ID:
    • Go to the FreshLearn admin dashboard.
    • Click on Community.
    • Click on the Settings icon (top corner).
    • Locate the Community ID and copy it.
    • Paste it into your Google Sheet under the "Community ID" column.
  • Find Community Pricing ID:
    • Navigate to Pricing.
    • Locate the Community Pricing ID.
    • Copy and paste it into the "Community Plan ID" column.
  • Find Group ID:
    • Go to the selected group (e.g., Private Group).
    • Click on the Settings icon.
    • Locate and copy the Group ID.
    • Paste it into the "Group ID" column.
  • Find Group Pricing ID:
    • Go to Pricing.
    • Select the pricing plan for the group.
    • Copy and paste the Group Pricing ID into the "Group Plan ID" column.
  • Add Purchase Date:
    • Fill in the "Purchase Date" column with the respective dates.

 

Step 3: Download the CSV File

  • Once all IDs and details are added, save the sheet.
  • Click on File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv).

 

Step 4: Upload to FreshLearn

  • Go to the FreshLearn admin dashboard.
  • Click on Members.
  • Select Bulk Upload.
  • Click on Choose File and upload the CSV file.
  • Map the columns with the respective field names.
  • Ensure the Purchase Date follows the correct format.
  • (Optional) Add a text message if needed.
  • Click Save and wait for the process to complete.

 

Step 5: Verify the Upload

  • Go to Communities and check if the members have been added.
  • Confirm that all six members (or the intended number) appear correctly.
