FreshLearn allows you to track affiliate payouts and manage transactions efficiently. While affiliate payments are processed outside FreshLearn, you can still log transactions and track payouts within the platform for easy record-keeping.

How to Track Affiliate Payouts

  1.  Log in to Your FreshLearn Account
  2. Go to Marketing → My Affiliates → Payouts
  3. Here, you can view all affiliate transactions and payments made.
  • Note: Payments to affiliates are processed externally, but FreshLearn helps you log and track these payouts.
 

How Affiliates Can View Their Payouts

  1.  Affiliates log in to their Member Portal
  2. Click on the Profile Icon (top-right corner)
  3. Select Affiliates
  4. Under Payouts, they can see:
  • All affiliate transactions
  • Earnings from successful referrals
  • Their unique affiliate code
 

Exporting Affiliate Payout Data

1. Admins can download affiliate payout reports in CSV format for record-keeping.

  • Go to Payouts in your admin dashboard
  • Click on Download CSV to save the transaction data
