FreshLearn allows you to create and sell digital downloads, such as PDFs, by setting them up with custom pricing, compliance options, and checkout settings.

Steps to Set Up a Digital Download
1. Create a Digital Download
Log into your FreshLearn account.
Navigate to Products → Digital Downloads.
Click on Create Digital Download in the top-right corner.
Set the following details:
Title
Author
Public or Private visibility
Upload an image or thumbnail
Click on Create.
2. Upload the Digital Content
Go back to your newly created digital download and click on it.
Click on Add Digital Download.
Set a title and select it.
Choose one of the following content types:
Uploaded File (Only PDF format is supported)
URL (If you’re linking to external content)
If needed, add instructions in the description area.
3. Set Pricing and Compliance
Click on the Pricing tab.
Click on Add a Plan and choose:
Free or Paid download
Enter the plan name
(Optional) Add:
Compliance fields (Terms and conditions agreement)
Additional fields (To collect extra information from users)
Click on Save.
4. Configure Checkout and Confirmation Settings
In the footer section, add URLs for:
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
On the confirmation page, customize the:
Thank You message
Redirection settings (Send users to a custom URL or their member portal)
Add tags to segment and track buyers.
Click on Save.
5. Publish Your Digital Download
Go back to Digital Downloads.
Click on Publish to make it live.
